How do I place an order?

How long does the process take?
A — We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days, with small orders usually much faster. At certain times orders can take up to 28 days. We will also email you with all your download and viewing options as soon as your order is complete.

What resolution do you scan at?
A — Between 3200–5000 dpi for Slides (Depending On Size) | 3200dpi Negatives, 4000dpi APS & Between 600–1200dpi for Photographs (Depending on Size)

What output size are the images?
A — We provide a minimum output of 4K UHD for all scanned images and adjust the scan rate for different formats and sizes to achieve this.

What is Digital ICE?

Do you offer 48bit TIFF or DNG?

Do I have to order a disc slideshow?
A — NO! Just order and pay for the scanning and you will receive a free 90‑day download containing all of your project files to view, share & enjoy.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
A — YES! Please see our PRICE LIST.

Do you return my material?
A — Yes, always and a little cleaner — unless requested otherwise.

How much is the return?
A — We charge a flat rate of £5.99 for small orders (fully tracked return) and £9.99 for larger orders (fully tracked courier).

Payments accepted?
A — We accept all Debit or Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay; you can send a Cheque or Postal Order (to ‘REVIVE’) or a Bank Payment.

Do I have to place an online order?
A — NO! Please use our PRINTABLE FORM or send your order with a covering letter.

How do I customise my project?
A — All available options will be asked for during the checkout process or you can select them on the PRINTABLE FORM. If however you have any issues, please include a note with your project.
